Welcome to the Burpy® order tracking hub. Once your order is processed and dispatched from our direct manufacturing hubs, a tracking number is automatically generated and sent straight to your email.
How to track your package:
  1. Check your email inbox (or spam folder) for your Burpy® Shipping Confirmation.
  2. Copy your tracking number (usually starts with letters or a long string of numbers).
  3. Paste the code into the tracking box below and click "Track". [1]
(Please allow 2–5 business days after ordering for your tracking information to fully update in the global courier system).

 

 

Important Shipping Information & FAQs
  • Why is my tracking status not updating yet?
    Don't worry! When your order is first shipped, it is handed over to our international logistics hubs. The tracking status will temporarily show as "In Transit" or "Pending" while it passes through customs and security checkpoints. It will update rapidly once it arrives at your local domestic courier (like La Poste, USPS, or DHL depending on your country).
  • How long will my delivery take?
    To offer you the best possible prices and eliminate heavy retail markups, we ship directly from our fulfillment and quality-control partners. Average delivery times typically range between 7 to 14 business days. During peak seasonal heatwaves or holidays, local customs processing may occasionally add a brief delay.
  • My order contains multiple items, will they arrive together?
    Because we prioritize speed and stock availability across different fulfillment hubs, items in the same purchase are occasionally dispatched in separate eco-friendly packages. If you receive one item first, rest assured the remainder of your order is safely on its way.
