❓ What exact socket type does TwistN'Cool™ require, and will it work in my country?
TwistN'Cool™ is engineered explicitly with a standard E27 Edison screw-in base. This is the absolute universal standard for medium-to-large light bulb sockets across continental Europe, the UK, and international markets.
  • European Power Compatibility: Our units are fully rated and optimized for 220V–240V / 50Hz power grids. They are completely safe for direct installation into your existing European home grid without the risk of short-circuits or motor burnout.
  • Fixture Types: It works perfectly in open ceiling pendants, flush-mount ceiling sockets, track lighting extensions, or any open-faced lamp fixture that can hold a standard bulb. (Note: It cannot be used inside completely enclosed glass globe fixtures, as the fan requires open air to circulate).
❓ I live in a rental apartment. Will this cause any damage or violate my lease?

The moment your order leaves our hub, an automated shipping confirmation containing your tracking number will be sent directly to your email address. If you can’t find this email, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slipped in there. If it’s still missing, contact us at support@burpy.shop and we will provide you with real-time updates.
❓ When will my order arrive?
To bypass expensive warehouse retail markups and offer you premium home innovations at competitive rates, we ship directly from our quality-control manufacturing hubs. Your order is automatically routed and sent from our nearest fulfillment warehouse based on your geographic location.
Please review our estimated delivery timeframes based on current transit schedules:

❓ Why has my tracking status not updated in the last 48–72 hours?
Please do not worry; this is completely normal for international shipping. While your package sits in the customs clearing queue or crosses borders via secure air freight, the tracking portal will temporarily show as "In Transit" or "Information Received."
The very second it clears customs and is handed over to your local domestic courier (such as La Poste, DHL, or your national postal system), the tracking will instantly wake up and provide step-by-step local updates right to your doorstep.
❓ I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?
When you order multiple units or different items at the same time, they may be shipped in separate packages. To speed up delivery and guarantee maximum safety, products are frequently dispatched from different specialized fulfillment centers that we own.
You may receive one item a day or two before the next. Please do not panic if you don't receive all of your items at once—the rest of your order is safely on its way!

🛡️ CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & DAMAGE CLAIMS
❓ My item arrived broken or damaged. What can I do?
First and foremost, we deeply apologize if this has happened. To help us rectify this immediately, please take clear photos or a short video of the damaged item and email them to us at support@burpy.shop. Once received, our quality-assurance team will handle it right away.
Please note: We must be notified within 48 hours of the package arriving to process a transit claim. While we are not responsible for outer cardboard packaging damage inflicted by courier handling, we will completely replace or fix any damaged functional components.
❓ I need to cancel or change my order. How do I do this?
  • Cancellations: We always try our absolute best to accommodate cancellations. However, if your order has already been processed or handed over to our shipping carriers, it enters an automated stream and cannot be canceled.
  • Changes: If you need to change your order details (such as the style, quantities, or your shipping address), please email us ASAP. We will do everything we can to make the adjustments providing it hasn't shipped. If it has already shipped, we cannot alter the route, but we gladly welcome a return once the package arrives.
❓ Do you have a guarantee? Can I get a refund or return my item?
Yes, absolutely! We stand firmly behind our products with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply email us at support@burpy.shop within 30 days of receiving your item, and we will happily assist you with your return.
  • Eligibility Criteria: To receive a full refund, items must be returned in the exact original condition you received them in, complete with the original product box, packaging materials, and all included remote accessories. If more than 30 days have passed since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or an exchange.*
